Lexa brings a strong background in healthcare, with a Master of Public Health from the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Medicine and Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Her previous experience includes life sciences consulting, graduate medical education, and private practice ophthalmology. Her professional interests include process improvement, project management, innovation, and using data to help guide decision-making.
Outside of work, Lexa enjoys reading, running, and hiking. At home, she is kept company by her dog, Olive, her cat, Winnie, and her chinchilla, Camilla.
