Betty received her associates degree from Globe University in 2012 and became a certified veterinary technician shortly after. Before joining the MVS team in September 2018, Betty worked at a variety of different types of hospitals. She has always loved working in the small animal field, but has more recently found her love for and focused on emergency medicine.
Betty has a lot going when she’s not working at MVS. Her and her husband have a dairy farm in Readstown where they milk 130 Holstein cows. They also have three dogs, one cat, two horses and a pygmy goat! Besides their fur-children, Betty and her husband also have a daughter, with another on the way due in January 2019! When all of this doesn’t keep her busy enough, Betty enjoys horseback riding, helping on the farm and going on walks with her dogs.
