Arizona graduated from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2013 with a BA in Sociology. Originally, she planned to continue her education in the social work field, but while working with dogs at a Milwaukee shelter, she found her true passion. After five years in client care at animal specialty and emergency clinics in Milwaukee and Washington, D.C., she is happy to be with Madison Veterinary Specialists.
When she is not at work, Arizona can be found walking adoptable dogs at Shelter from the Storm Animal Rescue or helping with maintenance at Heartland Farm Sanctuary. She enjoys healthy living, movies, and lounging with her husband and two fur babies: Ouji (“O-G”), a couch potato rescue pitbull, and ButterGirl, a sassy rescue kitty.
